One form, two destinations, no trackers. Below is every field this site takes, every place that data goes, and how to have yours removed.
There is one form on this website: the pilot interest form. If you have not submitted it, this site holds nothing about you beyond the ordinary request logs that every web host keeps.
Everything below describes what the code actually does. If something here stops matching the code, the code is the truth and this page is the bug. Write to us and we will fix it.

How We Think About This
A privacy policy should be checkable. Every claim on this page names a specific field, a specific destination, or a specific thing we do not do, so you can hold it against what the site actually does. We would rather publish a short accurate page than a long reassuring one.
1. What This Page Covers
This policy covers theliminalspace.io, the website you are reading. It does not describe any other product or application.
Reading these pages requires no account and sets no cookies. Our host records ordinary web request logs, as every web host does.
2. What We Collect
Exactly one form on this site collects anything: the pilot interest form. It takes two required fields, your name and your email address, and two optional ones: what you do, and why you are curious.
Submitted automatically alongside those fields: the time of submission, the IP address the request came from, and your browser user agent string. We keep those to tell real submissions apart from spam.
That is the complete list. There is no account to create on this site, no payment details, and no questionnaire.
3. Where It Goes
A submission is written to our application logs, which are held by Vercel, the company that hosts this site.
It is also forwarded to a Google Sheet that we read when deciding who to contact. Google therefore processes it as our storage provider.
Those two are the only destinations. Your submission is not sent to an advertising network, a data broker, or a language model.
4. What We Do With It
We read it. A person decides who to contact about a future pilot group. That is the only use.
Nothing scores, ranks, or profiles you. The code stores what you wrote and performs no further processing on it.
5. What This Site Does Not Do
No third party analytics, no advertising scripts, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting. This site loads none of them.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not hand it to anyone else to market to you.
6. Cookies & Tracking
These public pages set no cookies. You can confirm that yourself: open your browser developer tools, load this page, and look at the response headers.
There is no cross site tracking and no behavioural retargeting here, because there is nothing running that would do it.
7. Retention, Access & Deletion
There is no automatic expiry on the interest sheet today. Entries stay until we remove them. Request logs roll off on our host schedule, which we do not control.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. An email is enough. We will not make you prove an identity you never registered with us.
If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights, including the GDPR or the CCPA, those rights apply and we honour requests made under them.
8. If You Used the Earlier Version of Liminal
An earlier version of Liminal ran as a web application with sign in and accounts, backed by a hosted Postgres database.
That application is no longer operating and its database has been deleted along with the account data it held. Nothing from it is retained.
